MAJOR IN HOUSE PRODUCTION

Since December 2018, Grandchamp Structure Design has been proud to be part of a major production within its company. In fact, we are pleased to welcome the Canadian Armed Forces to our clientele.

Indeed, the latest developments and acquisitions for the manufacture, representing large investments, allowed the establishment of a strategy and competent coordination to obtain one of the most rigorous mandates in the field.

The contract includes the manufacture of canvas and the assembly of several parts for the deployment of base camps and headquarters abroad. Global production spanning three years in our Repentigny plant.

Thus, Grandchamp Structure Design having already acquired several pieces of equipment, including an additional RF welding machine head, five automated sewing mills as well as a cutting table with a doubled surface, which enabled us to acquire contracts for a large production chain.

At the same time, we took the opportunity to reorganize our production system, hire several employees in addition to fitting out a new building.

In addition, we ensure the constant production of all our other customers in addition to manufacturing products for our companies.

Grandchamp is happy to be able in this way to contribute to job creation, to a certain manufacturing stability and to the integration of high-tech machines into its fleet of equipment.
